I just created myHealthRecord and there isn't any record information. What's wrong?

If you sign in to myHealthRecord and all medical information reads "No records available" (see image below), your registration information did not match EXACTLY with your medical record.  You can check your preferences in myHealthRecord and possibly fix the problem by following the steps below.

In this example, the Last Name and First Name are backwards.

1. Change information

2. Click Save

Step 4.  After information is saved, click Connect to see if information now matches your medical record

1. Click connect

2. Check Verification of Terms of Use

3. Click Connect

If the "Connections" circle turns green, your information matches your medical record
